What is Accident Insurance?
A financial and family protection plan designed to help pay for the medical and out-of-pocket costs a covered individual may incur after an accidental injury either on or off the job.
Plan Rules:

Eligibility: All full-time employees working 50% of full-time hours based on job category (minimum of 15 hours/week), spouse, and children (up to age 26)

Employee must be actively at work on the effective date

This coverage helps offset costs associated with unforeseen accidents and does not coincide with health insurance; Payments made directly to you
